Preschool

Stick and Stones is a multilanguage, play-based and nature inspired preschool. We believe that an early childhood experience rich in play and imagination are the best building blocks for future success. If you could be a fly on the wall, you would hear lots of laughter, problem solving, and new found discoveries each day. The children engage in outdoor nature play every day and in all different kinds of weather. We believe children learn from each other and learn from all age groups which instills confidence, kindness and friendship making skills in these young learners. Our Art Studio is always busy with children creating beautiful masterpieces. We also, believe that stretching, breathing and moving our growing bodies in mindful ways keeps us aware of the present moment. 

Our preschool currently houses 27 wonderful children from Westchester and the surrounding communities. We offer morning, afternoon or full day programs. The Westchester Community Church has provided us with a loving, supportive and safe environment for all that attend. We spend time in the two classrooms as well as utilize the beautiful outdoor community church grounds.
